High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Packers
HDPE plastic bottles provide an excellent moisture barrier making it the ideal choice for tableted pharmaceuticals and vitamins as well as granulated and powdered applications where transparency is not essential.
HDPE is a rigid, strong resin possessing very good stress crack resistance. It lends itself particularly well to blow molding. White is the stock color for HDPE bottles; but customers may elect to have bottles made in custom matched colors.
Our stock packers are listed in family groupings or series; all are similar and round in shape, but differentiated by their capacity and neck finish. The neck can be made to accept Continuous Thread (CT) or Hinge Guard (HG) style closures (link to closures) in a variety of diameters.

Polypropelene (PP)
PP is used in a wide variety of applications including food packaging. It is much less brittle than HDPE and has very good resistance to fatigue, so that most plastic hinges, such as those on flip-top bottles are made from this.
Polystyrene (PS)
PS comes in many shapes and forms and is also used in nutritional packaging. It protects against moisture and maintains its strength and shape even after long periods of time.
